Belltower Bridals

Ana Lisa's Bridal Portraits at Belltower Chapen & Garden - Ft. Worth

Some weddings hold a special place in my heart, and Ryan and Ana Lisa’s wedding was undoubtedly one of them. As good friends of mine from church, I felt incredibly honored to document the wedding day of two people whose love story I had witnessed firsthand.

The day of Ana Lisa’s bridal portraits couldn’t have been more perfect. The Belltower provided a stunning backdrop for her bridal portraits, with its timeless architecture and charm. Exterior windows provided almost storybook-like frames which made for stunningly simple, poignant portraits.

Inside, the stained glass windows offered some incredible backdrops and reflections we were able to work with to great effect.

We were blessed with soft, even light thanks to the cloud cover, but in true Texas fashion, the sky opened up just as we wrapped up our shoot. The rain came down in sheets, but not before we got what we needed.

I had a 5-In-1 reflector with me on this shoot, and it turned into a 6-in-1 reflector as it served as the world’s most awkward umbrella. Thankfully, it did its job and helped keep the dress clean and dry before the wedding day!
