There's always a fine line between wanting to take pictures when it snows and not wanting to freeze my butt off. Today, I'm leaning more towards the latter.
I made it to work at the church this morning at about 5:45am. It was 17 degrees and only a few specks of snow were falling, the ground was clear. By 8am, the church looked like this.
Despite my slight smirk, I did not approve.
This was however a great excuse to stop by my favorite coffee shop on the way home.
While I am admittedly a wimp when it comes to cold weather, I love the change in scenery. It made for a beautiful trip home.
As soon as I got home, I broke out my Dad's Pentax K1000 and shot some film! I'm now sitting by a cozy fireplace as I finish writing this blog. Stay warm!
